Staff Leaving

posted 18 Jun 2017, 23:26 by J Croxon

It is that time of the year where we start to plan for the next academic year, this includes welcoming new children into Nursery and Reception classes and matching existing classes and children to the right teachers.  It will be time to say farewell to some members of staff who have decided to further their careers elsewhere when we break-up for the summer holidays.

Mrs Goldie leaves Lea Forest after 19 long years of teaching throughout the school from EYFS upto Year 6 and most recently carrying out successful intervention groups.

Mrs McElroy-Stringer  is going to work at Topcliffe Primary Academy as  SENCO.  Mrs McElroy-Stringer has been with us for 3 years and has gained experience and now wants to further her teaching journey.

Mrs Scranage will be retiring after four and a half years as our school Receptionist.

Mrs Cummins who has been with us for just under 2 years will be leaving on 26 June to take up a new role at Alderbrook Secondary school in Solihull.

We wish them all the very best of luck in everything they do and hope they keep in touch.
